They pretty much can do whatever they want whenever they want virtually without consequence.

Mr. Movie Star also has that 'charm' thing going on (I mention the spontaneous clothes loosening effect that he has in an earlier post), so I seriously doubt that any woman has ever even gone as far as I have by telling him to tone it down in public. This has been a source of many, many arguments as Mr. Movie Star doesn't seem have the same social frame of reference as I do - and now I understand why just a bit more.

Also, it's a pet peeve when someone calls me 'dear'. I find it patronizing and annoying (unless you're my grandmother - then it's fine and I was just kidding about all the pre-marital sex stuff).Peggy Archerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17598832247759626070noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9462117.post-1117667193528554452005-06-01T16:06:00.000-07:002005-06-01T16:06:00.000-07:00Peggy, dear, though you might understand why Mr. M...Peggy, dear, though you might understand why Mr. Movie Star does as he does and is as he is, that still doesn't make it right. Isn't his pawing you in public just a bit, erm, demeaning?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
