Where was this taken?
It was taken near "The Lot", which is the old Warner/Hollywood.
It's near Santa Monica Blvd and LaBrea Ave, on a side street right behind that Target.
this qualifies as my favorite celebrity spotting ever. The "stairs" has better comic timing than most comedians.
